With a few small weddings under my belt this year, Heather and Jordan’s special day was my first big one of the season. The weather was absolutely perfect so I knew it was going to be a great wedding. (Not that there are ever any ‘bad’ weddings’) The day started at a small little church just off of Oliver Road. As soon as I arrived I got my usual candid photos of the guests, the church itself and just the usual moments leading up to the ceremony itself. We did a couple outdoor shots since they were on the main floor and of course there were also some Jagerbombs which further helped to calm the nerves.

My first wedding of the 2013 season was at the Vahalla Inn. John & Marie wanted photos taken of their ceremony and the guests, along with some portraits afterwards. Once I arrived I quickly got my gear ready and started taking photos of guests mingling as I usually do. The ceremony took place at 3:00 and lasted for about 30 minutes. There were about 60 people there which made for a nice intimate wedding. After all was said and done, everyone congratulated John & Marie, then it was time for some portraits.
