Yesterday I once again had the pleasure to photograph 8 different families over at ONWA. For those of you who haven't seen my previous sessions, ONWA stands for Ontario Native Women's Association. It is a great organization and I'm thankful to be able to contribute my services to it. Each time I take photos for them, I end up meeting some very special families. Some of them I have taken pictures of before and then are always others that I haven't.
This time around was no different then the other sessions. All the families that came out were so much fun to work with. The kids are always adorable and I love seeing how they are dressed up. It also ended up being the perfect day for portraits as the sun was shining down the whole time. With that being said, sun isn't always a good thing for portraits so I made sure to take each family over to the shade amongst the trees, where it was a bit cooler and allowed for more even lighting.
In the end, I spent about 2 hours photographing the families and hopefully creating memories that will last them a lifetime. I'm already looking forward to the next session which will most likely be in the Fall. Thanks for viewing!
