Jake and Journee decided to dress up for their portrait session with me today at Cascades. They definitely went all out too, which made for fantastic looking photos. Plus, they even dressed up their son Noah, who was owning his costume like no other!

I still can’t believe Halloween is only a few weeks away. Brittney and her friends got an early start this year and asked if I could capture some photos of them in their costumes. I of course jumped at the chance. Plus, she’s my niece, so anything for family right?

It’s almost Halloween and that means one of my favourite events of the year is here, Hunger 2018. It took place this past weekend, and as usual, it was such a great time. This also meant that we would have to dress up. After all, you gotta look the part as well.

I arrived at the event an hour prior to set up all my gear. With the backdrop already in place I set up my area around it. It included all my own lighting, a photo printer, laptop and an extra monitor so all participants and passer-byers could see the photos right then and there.
