Melissa & Robert decided to have their wedding at their parent’s place just off Mud Lake Road. It was just a bit north of Murillo. Going in, I didn’t know what I expect, other then what Melissa and Robert told me about the location. I was blown away by the entire property. Upon entering, there was a huge gate with a sign on it indicating the marriage of Melissa and Robert. You can see it by scanning through the photos below.

It was yet another beautiful day for a wedding. This time around it was Chris and Chellsea getting married. The ceremony was the first thing on the agenda and it took place at the Slovak Legion in the east end of Thunder Bay. This is yet another location I have never photographed at so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It ended up being perfect for a ceremony. It took place indoors but it was in a room on the side of the hall with a lot of skylights which allowed for tons of natural light.

Shelly & Paul celebrated their wedding at Whitewater Golf Course in Thunder Bay. This was my first time photographing at this venue, so as always, I was very excited for the wedding date to arrive. My first out of town wedding of the year took me to Fort Frances. This was the first time I shot a wedding in this city. The location for this engagement photo session was the Marina. Bob and Michelle, like most couples, were a bit unsure as to what they had gotten themselves into. It’s been a very busy summer for weddings, but I was anxious as ever to photograph a small wedding at Crystal Beach. It was another amazing venue. The ceremony took place right on the rocks by the lake. After a 10 minute walk down the dirt road, everyone eventually found a place on the rocks. It was then Jessica’s turn to make her entrance with her father. Holding hands, they slowly made their way to the crowd and to her future husband, Billy.
