I decided to take advantage of this warmer winter weather with a mini session out at Centennial Park. AJ + Precious joined me for a mini session with their newest addition to the family. For my recent family session were did a mix of indoors and outdoors. The location of choice was the Centennial Conservatory, which is one of the nicest indoor spots in town. My latest portrait session with Chad and his family took place on John Street Road at their home. It was a nice change to have a session at a family home, then one of the usual locations in town. We started inside their beautiful home for a mix of candid and posed photos by the fireplace. For the last half of the session we ventured outside. Once outside, it gave the kids a chance to really be themselves, which I loved!

It was such an amazing Family Day at Fort William Historical Park. Even though there were a lot of different events going on for Family Day throughout the city, we decided to spend most of our time at the park and it was well worth it. I couldn’t get over all the amazing activities that happened throughout the day. We spent about 3 hours walking around.
